There is no minimum quantity with embroidery for garments: hoodies, sweatshirts, polo shirts, aprons etc.
However we have a minimum order policy of 6 pieces for embroidered head-wear like hats, caps.
Standard turnaround is 7-14 business days from the time we have an approved invoice, visual mockup and received deposit.

Yes, you can!
Vector format (.eps, .ai, .cdr) or .dst file is preferable but once an image is relatively clear we can work with this. You can send us a JPEG or png. file also. Images should have at least 300dpi, bitmaps at least 1200dpi.
Due to the nature of screen printing, unfortunately we cannot produce one-off samples of your design as there is a screen set up process for each print run, one or one thousand t-shirts has the same set up time requirements. We do however Visual Digital Mock-ups which are used to show where your design will be positioned.
Our minimum quantity for a print run is 24 items (of each design). However, you can easily spread your prints over different kinds of apparel.

The cheapest t-shirt to print is a white t-shirt, due to the fact that you get very vibrant colours without the cost of a white underbase needed on a dark shirt.

Basic clothing alterations, like hems, replace zip etc. can take anywhere from 5-10 days, depending on how busy our dressmaker is.
Formalwear or Bridal may need two weeks or more if additional fittings are necessary.

When your item is complete you will receive a text message from us to let you know that it is ready for collection.
Please Note: We require a collection of altered items within 6 months of leaving them. If uncollected after this time the store will no longer be responsible for them and they may be disposed of.

Yes, we are a fully registered Irish company that issues V.A.T invoices with your order.
On all new orders we will be sending you an art proof for your review. Artwork must be checked for spelling, color, sizes ordered, placement of the art and accuracy of artwork by you. It is very important to look over every detail of the mockup, as this is how your garments will be personalised.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue price quotes for shipments due to differences in methods, box quantity, sizes, weights, etc.
We currently offer delivery options only to the: Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland & UK.
Once full payment has been received by us, we will proceed with the order.*
