Our minimum quantity for a print run is 24 items (of each design). However, you can easily spread your prints over different kinds of apparel.

Our standard turnaround time for screen printed apparel is 10-14 days* from the time of: approved invoice, visual mockup confirmation and payment.

Due to the nature of screen printing, unfortunately we cannot produce one-off samples of your design as there is a screen set up process for each print run, one or one thousand t-shirts has the same set up time requirements. We offer Visual Digital Mock-ups which are used to show where your design will be positioned.
There is no minimum quantity with embroidery for garments: hoodies, sweatshirts, polo shirts, aprons etc.
However we have a minimum order policy of 6 pieces for embroidered head-wear like hats, caps.

Yes, you can! Absolutely, as long as the design being embroidered and the threads colors are the same for all the garments within your order you can mix and match as much as you like.
Vector format (.eps, .ai, .cdr) or .dst file is preferable but once an image is relatively clear we can work with this. You can send us a JPEG or png. file also. Images should have at least 300dpi, bitmaps at least 1200dpi.
All heat transfer jobs are different since we offer both low minimums and high volume, but you can expect it to take anywhere between 3-14 business days depending on the size of the job.
We have no minimum order for heat transfer prints. We will happily print your one-off design.

It all depends on the garment. We usually can work to a timescale of within a week, but we have a day services too.

We have loyalty cards available that for each time an item of clothing is altered, you receive a stamp. Collect 10 stamps to receive 20% off your next job. Please make sure you show it to us each time.
